Clear and conscious


 

Mindfulness is an art and discipline that should resemble a mind with less mess.

In our darkest moments or our quietest times, our awareness/living feelings should reside in our heart space.

 

Living in your mind is not the original thought. The heart is the place where thoughts swell up. Be aware that you're not your thoughts, and you can be tricked or deceived by untrue whispers.

 

To take control and swim in the pond of eternal emptiness, live in your heart's space.

This is the art of gratitude and stillness.

 

Do not be trapped on autopilot, locked in the mind-of-life programs. Turn off the programmed projector and return yourself to the steering wheel of life.

 

You will realise many of the things you do are by habitual programme, not by wilful choice.
